Connect America needed a clear, human-centered way to communicate its Fall Prevention Program and the role of connected healthcare technology. We created a character-driven animation that followed the story of Josephine, illustrating how AI-powered support and smart health devices work together to reduce fall risks and support independent living.We focused on empathy and clarity—guiding viewers through the journey from risk assessment to proactive care, including connected devices and 24/7 concierge support. By structuring the narrative around a real-world scenario, we transformed complex healthcare technology into an approachable, relatable experience.The final piece helped Connect America communicate innovation with warmth—turning a technical healthcare solution into a compelling story designed to build trust, increase understanding, and highlight meaningful patient impact.
