Penn Med needed a clear, reassuring way to explain genomic testing and help patients understand a complex medical process. We created an educational animation that guided viewers through the journey—from provider recommendation to at-home saliva collection and genetic analysis—transforming technical information into an approachable, patient-focused story.We focused on clarity and trust, addressing common concerns such as result interpretation, privacy, and what findings may mean for patients and their families. By structuring the narrative step-by-step, we simplified complex scientific concepts while maintaining a supportive, human tone.The final piece helped Penn Med communicate genomic testing with confidence—turning a complex medical process into a clear, reassuring experience designed to improve understanding and support personalized care.
